The focus for 2007 is Innovative Practices to enhance teaching and learning
Goal of the Department:
The department seeks to achieve value added results. Towards this end, teachers will strive to equip students with the following skills through the various programmes:
• Language skills
• Listening skills
• Time management
• Thinking skills
Expectations of teachers:
Teaching and learning requires the co-operation and participation of students and teachers. Students should have the following attributes in order to benefit fully from the programmes and efforts of the teachers:
• Self-discipline
• Attentiveness
• Perseverance
• Consistent work
• Non procrastination
